Came to【塚田農場 Tsukada Nojo, Harbour City, HK】due to knowing @tommys_kitchen_hk is doing a Special menu here for August 2021, even though tonight is his last day cooking in house but the Menu will remain until end of August. Also to catch up with @Tsukiyeung

🌟 Kagoshima style Cured Mackerel Salad with TanKan 桶柑, Passionfruit, Pineapple & Mango Vinaigrette dressing HKD $93. The fish was not that good tonight, its bought pre-marinated, so wasn't another Katsuo tataki we ordered 😢, but the Veggies here for Salads or Nabes are known to be super fresh in HK stores, which makes up for it

🌟 奄美海蕴枝豆玉子春巻 Amami Island style Mozuku Seaweed, Scrambled Eggs & Edamame spring rolls $98

🏖️ 甑島 Koshikishima, Kagoshima style marinated Kibinago Tempura with Matcha salt $98. A bit fishy tonight. Me and friend think nowadays, better to stick to their meat, chicken & salad dishes! 🤔

🌟 Crab Meat Souffle Omelette $108. A Signature here, which is inverted in front of customers. The dashi within the wobbly egg was great, between savory with mild sweetness, this was the best version I have eaten here from even before they opened shop. As @olfooddiary organized a preview of the meal before they opened in Harbour City once!
